Property Advisory Pty Ltd is his newly formed company and represents 
the culmination of over 30 years experience as a senior executive. He has been involved in property development for major corporate property groups, both public and private. He has also been an elected industry representative for over 17 years and led a major advocacy group as its president during 2007 and 2008.

As a continuing owner, he has been deliberate about planning for larger lots and ensuring that your home will have the best possible construction fundamentals and aspect. Lots are oriented for lower site costs, optimum views and better solar access to help you reduce your ongoing energy costs.

You will have access to recycled water and rainwater tanks to help you minimise your water use and telecommunications services will keep you connected.

A selection of quality street trees will ultimately connect the open space and permanent natural vegetation areas to each other through the estate.

Our plan is also to encourage the planting of hedges on all lots fronting stringer road so that as a community, we capture part of the current country lane quality of this road.
